When you use our calculators, the numbers stay on your device. Nothing you enter is transmitted to our servers. For our AI Chat Agent, interactions are processed securely to provide real-time financial guidance.

1. Our Privacy-First Commitment

WealthifyX was built on the principle that your financial data is your business. We do not require you to create an account or link any financial accounts to use our tools. You can run every calculator and interact with our AI Assistant anonymously.

2. Data Processing (Calculators vs. AI Chat)

Calculators: All calculator math runs locally in your browser via JavaScript. No financial data entered into our calculators is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.

AI Chat Agent: When you interact with our AI Assistant, your messages are processed on our secure servers to generate responses. We store your chat history locally in your browser and on our server (associated with an anonymous session ID) so you can continue your conversation. This data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond the AI model providers.

3. What We Do Collect

While we don't collect your calculator data, we do collect limited information to provide and improve our services:

AI Chat History: We store chat transcripts associated with an anonymous session ID to enable conversation continuity. We do not link these to your personal identity.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which tools are popular and how users navigate the site. This data is anonymized.

Cookies: We use minimal cookies to remember your theme preference and maintain your anonymous chat session.

Email (optional): If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address solely to send you tool updates. We never sell or share email lists.

4. Third-Party Links

WealthifyX contains links to third-party websites including brokers and financial service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of WealthifyX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
